Bob Marley tribute
On May 27th there will be a Bob Marley Tribute concert on 17 s. virginia st. Ryan Dhindsa and the rest of the poverty fighters will have a table there to sell prints to raise money for Darfur. If you would like to attend, it will be open from 12-6 p.m. and the admission is free.
The povertyfighters have started to sell green Save Darfur wristbands that say Not on Our Watch. They already have earned $150 dollars in two days. If you would like to purchase a wristband, t-shirt, or sweatshirt e-mail Ryan at ryandhindsa@gmail.com.
Last Saturday, Austin Dewees and Ryan Dhindsa had a booth at the Africa Rally at UNR and sold prints in order to raise money for Darfur. They earned $100 with the help of their friends Tyler Law and Jamie McConnell. They also sang Lean on Me on stage.
